I had a mixed experience at Hotel Moncloa. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Consolaçao and super close to Avenida Paulista. However, the wifi was pretty terrible and the visitor policy left a lot to be desired. Overall, it's decent value for the price but it could use some improvements.
